1 Account & Registration

Registration on KhelVIP is completely free. The information you provide at sign-up must be accurate and up to date. KhelVIP reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect information at any time.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Members must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Failure to verify age will result in account suspension.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is a violation of these terms.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Using an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is prohibited.

2 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members participating in KhelVIP Sports Betting and casino games.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, though the cash-out feature may be used to partially close a bet under certain conditions.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed on a bet, KhelVIP reserves the right to void that bet.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game — generally starting from ৳10.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or loopholes is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over results, KhelVIP's decision is final.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

KhelVIP supports deposits and withdrawals through a variety of methods, including Bangladeshi mobile banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 | Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually instant. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are always returned via the same method used for the original deposit — a different method is not used for security reasons.
• Standard members receive withdrawals within 4–24 hours; VIP members within 2 hours.
• For suspicious transactions, KhelVIP may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal and request verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

KhelVIP regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each bonus comes with its own set of terms.

• Once a bonus is activated, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10x to 30x.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• For bets placed with bonus balance, only the winnings are transferred to your real balance — the original bonus amount is not.
• KhelVIP reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Privacy & Data Protection

6 Responsible Gaming

• A cooling-off period (1 day to 6 months) can be self-activated at any time.

7 Account Closure or Suspension

KhelVIP reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.

Members may also request account closure at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact KhelVIP's support team first. We aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours.

• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you have the option to escalate to senior management.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game software logs are the definitive record.
• Financial disputes must be raised within 30 days.
